SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Where do you ship from? We ship from Southern California, USA.
How long before I get my order? Average processing/packing before shipping is 2-3 business days from confirmation of order & payment clearance. Average transit time is generally 2-5 business days for US orders & 3-9 business days for larger sized orders. Business Days are Monday-Friday (excluding US Holidays). International Orders please allow 2-4 weeks transit time once shipped.
Do you offer rush processing or rush shipping? Please use the "Rush processing" option checkout to get your order shipped out next business day. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Sorry, we do not currently offer expedited shipping. We do offer expedited processing for a small fee, so make sure if you need something faster, to select that option at checkout as we cannot make changes after order has been submitted. RUSH PROCESSING: Orders will ship out next business day if there are no address errors or needed information. *During Sales & Big events (Anniversary Sale, Black Friday, Cyber Monday) Rush Processing may take 1-2 days longer.
Shipping Insurance: There is an option to purchase insurance on your order at checkout. The insurance will only cover items lost in transit, damaged or showing undelivered. If an item tracking shows that it has been delivered, insurance does not apply. Insurance does not cover the item being stolen, or the product itself. When do you send an email if an item is not delivered? If you've tracked your package & it is still in transit please wait 3 weeks from ship date for us to file a claim on your behalf (International orders 8 weeks). Are your products ready to ship or pre-order? All items on the site are ready to ship, unless stated in the title or description that it is a pre-order. If it is pre-order, please read the description details & lead time.
Do you ship internationally? We can ship worldwide! Please note that VAT & duty fees are not included in the cost unless you are in CANADA, where we pay the duty & brokerage fees for you! If you get an error that we do not ship to your country shoot an email to customer service with screenshot of your cart & we will set up a custom listing. firstname.lastname@example.org. If an international order has tracking & is lot in transit, we will not reship lost orders. We will issue you a shop credit via giftcard for lost international orders minus shipping paid in the case something goes missing. If you would like to purchase insurance for your international order, please contact us BEFORE placing an order, otherwise we are unable to insure it.
Do you offer Pickup Orders? Yes we do offer pickup orders, there is a small handling fee. Please send a chat through the website so we can invoice you for a pickup order. Pick up orders usually take 1 business day & pickup is in Carlsbad, CA.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
What is your return policy? Due to the nature of the industry, we do not accept returns at this time. Custom orders or pre-order sales are final. All orders purchased on sale from regular price are FINAL. If you make a mistake & order the wrong items, we will accept it back & offer STORE CREDIT via giftcard, if you contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please note that there is a $5 restocking fee per item, and buyer is responsible for all shipping charges related to the return, this includes FREE SHIPPING paid by Chicaboo on original order. We will issue STORE CREDIT via giftcard to your account for the product (less shipping & restocking fees). We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

DAMAGED or WRONG ITEM RECEIVED: If you receive a wrong item, or its damaged please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org & include your order number and any relevant photos, within 5 days of confirmed delivery. If your item is damaged, do not wear the item! Once you have worn your item, it no longer qualifies as returnable or exchangeable. If an item is damaged, we will have you return the item to us & we will issue you a Gift Certificate to you once the tracking back to us updates. That way you can repurchase the item or something else if the item is no longer in stock.
Help I need to cancel my order? Due to our fulfillment contract & processing agreements, we are unable to cancel orders placed on the weekends. We are also unable to cancel orders once they have been sent to processing (usually within 10 minutes of being placed.) Cancelled orders will be issued a shop credit via giftcard for the product & shipping (Less a $5 cancel fee, which is charged to us by our fulfillment center). If you prefer a refund please note there is a 10% processing fee, due to transaction fees & merchant fees, fulfillment center fees, restocking fees that are no longer refunded to us that will be deducted from the refund. Legal: We do not authorize use of our products to create, make or distribute designs and/or templates in printed or digital form (ie digital backdrops for compositing etc). Please email us if you have questions about this.
FORMS OF PAYMENT WE ACCEPT IN $USD.
SEZZLE (Installment Plan, Interest FREE!) We pay the extra merchant rates. Split your entire order into 4 interest-free payments over 6 weeks. No fees if you pay on time with zero impact on your credit. 25% of your order’s total is charged at time of purchase. Every 2 weeks after that 25% will be charged until the balance is paid, over the 6 week period.
