Processing time:  Time taken to print, pull, pack, or make your item.
Transit time:  Time in transit to get to you after it leaves our warehouse.

US Orders

• Orders ship within 2-3 business days after confirmation and payment clearance. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days for orders under 4 pounds or fewer than 2 dresses.
• Larger Orders: Orders weighing over 4 pounds or containing 3 or more dresses may take 3-9 business days for delivery due to handling and carrier timeframes.
• Rush Processing: If you need your order processed faster, we offer RUSH PROCESSING, ensuring your order is picked, packed, and shipped within 24 business hours. Please note: Rush Processing does not reduce transit time.  *Note:  Processing time & Rush processing can take longer during sales & big sales events (Anniversary Sale, Black Friday or Cyber Monday)

International Orders

• Orders typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive after shipment, depending on the destination.
