US Orders
- Standard Processing and Shipping:
- Orders ship within 2-3 business days after confirmation and payment clearance. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days for orders under 4 pounds or fewer than 3 dresses.
- Larger Orders: Orders weighing over 4 pounds or containing 3 or more dresses may take 3-9 business days for delivery due to handling and carrier timeframes.
- Rush Processing: If you need your order processed faster, we offer RUSH PROCESSING, ensuring your order is picked, packed, and shipped within 24 business hours. Please note: Rush Processing does not reduce transit time.
International Orders
- Orders typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive after shipment, depending on the destination.

Canada Orders
- We almost always upgrade Canadian shipments to FedEx or Global Post Plus (orders over 1 pound) and cover the customs fees/duties for you.
Other Countries Outside the US and Canada
- VAT and Duty Fees: These fees are not included in the cost of your order. You will be responsible for paying any applicable taxes or duties upon delivery.
- Shipping Availability: If you encounter an error stating we do not ship to your country, please email us at chicabooamanda@gmail.com with a screenshot of your cart. We will work with you to set up a custom listing.
Lost International Orders
- For international orders with tracking that are lost in transit, we are unable to reship the items. Instead, we will issue a shop credit via gift card for the order total minus the original shipping cost & fees paid.
- If you would like to purchase insurance for your international order, please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange this for you. Without insurance, we cannot guarantee coverage for lost shipments.
We understand that plans can change, and we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request. Please review the details below:
Order Cancellation Guidelines:
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends cannot be canceled due to our fulfillment center contract and processing agreements.
- Orders in Processing: Once an order has entered processing (usually within 15 minutes of being placed), it cannot be canceled.
Cancellation Fees:
- Shop Credit Option: Cancelled orders are eligible for a shop credit via gift card for the full product and shipping amount, minus a $5 cancellation fee (charged by our fulfillment center).
- Refund Option: If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a 10% processing fee will be deducted to cover transaction, merchant, fulfillment center, and restocking fees.
Pre-Orders and Custom Orders:
- No Cancellations Allowed: Pre-orders and custom orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Yes, we offer Rush Processing to expedite the preparation of your order. Please see the details below:
Rush Processing:
- Add the Rush Processing option at checkout to ensure your order ships out the same or next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Please note: Rush Processing speeds up handling time but does not affect the transit time for shipping. Rush processing is NOT faster shipping.
Expedited Shipping:
- We do not offer expedited shipping options at checkout.

Due to the nature of our industry, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns under most circumstances. Please review our policy below:

- All custom orders, pre-orders, and items purchased on sale (from the regular price) are FINAL SALE.
If You Ordered the Wrong Items:
- If you realize you made a mistake, contact us within 3 days of delivery confirmation to arrange a return for STORE CREDIT via gift card.
- Returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee per item.
- Shipping Charges: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any free shipping initially covered by Chicaboo on the original order.
