Canada Orders

• We almost always upgrade Canadian shipments to FedEx or Global Post Plus (orders over 1 pound) and cover the customs fees/duties for you.

Other Countries Outside the US and Canada

• VAT and Duty Fees: These fees are not included in the cost of your order. You will be responsible for paying any applicable taxes or duties upon delivery.

Lost International Orders

• For international orders with tracking that are lost in transit, we are unable to reship the items. Instead, we will issue a shop credit via gift card for the order total minus the original shipping cost & fees paid.
• If you would like to purchase insurance for your international order, please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange this for you. Without insurance, we cannot guarantee coverage for lost shipments.
